Welcome to Three Blooms Playschool, formerly known as Cece’s Playhouse. For years, Cece’s Playhouse has been a trusted part of the Shoreline community, known for providing loving, dependable care in a warm, home-based setting. As we begin our new chapter as Three Blooms Playschool, families can continue to expect the same nurturing environment and commitment to high-quality care.
At Three Blooms, we believe children thrive in a space that feels safe, connected, and full of opportunity for discovery. Our program is built around play-based learning, meaningful relationships, and intentional experiences that support the whole child. We offer a thoughtfully designed daily rhythm that includes home-cooked meals, preschool curriculum for older children, creative art experiences, and daily outdoor play in all seasons. Through thematic learning and hands-on activities, children are encouraged to explore, imagine, create, and grow at their own pace.
Above all, we prioritize nurturing care and strong relationships. Every child is known, supported, and valued as part of our small group setting. We are honored to continue the legacy of Cece’s Playhouse while growing into Three Blooms Playschool, where little hearts and minds grow.

Full time tuition:
$1,850 children under 3
$1,750 children 3 & older
Part-time and drop-in care may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on current enrollment. Please contact us to discuss your family's your specific needs.
Tuition includes:

MEET THE OwNER
Hi, I'm Cece. A mother of three, and the granddaughter of Mari, the longtime director and owner of Cece's Playhouse. I grew up watching her program become a trusted place for local families, and I am honored to continue that through Three Blooms Playschool.
As a mom, I understand how important it is to find a place where your child feels safe, loved, and truly cared for. That belief is at the heart of everything we do at Three Blooms Playschool.
My approach to early learning is rooted in connection, play, and creating a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, seen, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. I believe young children learn best through meaningful relationships, hands-on exploration, and consistent daily rhythms that help them feel secure.
Three Blooms is deeply personal to me. Not just as a program, but as a continuation of family legacy built on care, trust, and community. It is a place where childhood is honored, and where everyday moments of learning and play are treated with care and intention.
